If you purchased a physical product from our store and for any reason would like to return it, please send it back to us in the original condition. We will issue a refund or credit minus shipping charges upon receiving your product. Refund will show up on your account within 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
If you signed up for a class and are unable to attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the class starts. Absolutely no refunds or prorations after that or once the class has started. We have a very small number of spots available in our classes and each spot matters. Thank you for your understanding.
