By registering for our classes or purchasing a product, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Physical products must be returned to us unused, unwashed, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
With at least 48 hours notice before your class starts (your first class session) you may: reschedule your sessions for another month or cancel for a refund.
After the 48 hour period, or if your class has started, we are unable to offer any refund or reschedule, for any reason including COVID, illness, injury, pregnancy or unexpected travel.
Please agree that you are 17 years or older if you are registering for a class.
Please check with your doctor before registering for a ceramics class. Working with clay requires physical strength and hand dexterity.
Classes are offered in 4 week blocks and we are not able to separate the individual sessions. No make ups are offered for missed sessions.
There will be no refunds due to tardiness or missed bookings. Please put class dates in your calendar upon check out and learn directions to the studio and parking situation.
Intermediate and hand-building class students will receive invoice for firing items made in class and are obligated to pay this invoice in a timely manner.
