Introduction to Watercolor - A Meditative Journey, Adults

Find your creative flow with our meditative exploration into the world of watercolor; ideal for adult students looking for an insightful introduction to a unique and beautiful medium. More delicate than oil or acrylic, watercolor helps you to slow down and stay present with its beautiful swirling pools of color. You'll learn all of theessential skills required to use watercolor with confidence while enjoying the process in a supportive small class environment.

If this is your first time picking up a brush, and you’d like to learn the fundamental aspects of developing a painting from concept to completion, we recommend joining ourIntroduction to Painting course. If you already have some painting experience or you’re just starting out and eager to engage your creativity with meditative yet skill focused exercises, this is the place for you!

This course is continuously rolling, making each month unique and welcoming for continued learning. Students' interests and skill levels guide the curriculum each week, ensuring a tailored experience for all. No matter the direction or theme of the month, you're guaranteed to receive a solid technical understanding of the medium that ensures you can take your painting practice in any direction you choose.

This is a journey of exploration where you’ll be encouraged to engage your own creative voice and reflect on what inspires you.

There will not be an opportunity to make up for a missed class.
